MarvelClient Zip-Unzip module seamlessly compresses and decompresses attachments to reduce your disk space requirements and network traffic and is fully compatible with standard Zip/Unzip products.
Simply select the files you want to attach or drag and drop files from Windows into Notes and MarvelClient Zip-Unzip does the rest!
Clicking on "View" in the attachment menu seamlessly unzips the file and opens it with the appropriate application, just as if the file wasn't zipped at all!
For Notes 7 and up, MarvelZip even supports in-place editing of zipped files - simply click on e.g. an Excel-sheet, select "Edit", work on the file and MarvelZip saves any changes directly back into the zipfile-attachment in Notes.
Without MarvelZip, end users would have to save the zip file, unzip it, open the unzipped file, edit it, potentially even rezip the newly edited file and re-attach it again. With MarvelZip it's all done in-place.
MarvelClient Zip-Unzip is fully compatible with all standard Zip/Unzip utitlities such as Winzip and Winrar for when MarvelZipped attachments are sent to recipients outside of the company or to recipients that do not have MarvelZip.
